Jones Architecture renovated a NW rambler, originally built in 1987, to fit the needs of a growing family with discerning taste. The renovation included a reconfiguration of the kitchen, opening what was a compartmentalized and inwardly-focused space to the home’s great room and adding a casual family dining area. We collaborated with Henrybuilt to create custom cabinets for the new space. Heath tile appears in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The bathrooms received a complete renovation as well, with new fixtures, plumbing and finishes. This project was completed on a fast track timeline, with design and construction complete in 7 months.
